LSH Auto Australia Institutes Choice Awards to Recognise Positive Contribution

Complementing the innovation drive, the company has announced a recognition and reward program that will acknowledge exemplary contributions to a positive working environment and /or to the local community.

The LSH Auto Australia Choice Award program will, each month, recognise one nominated team member per dealership for their outstanding contribution. Each monthly awardee will be able to nominate a charity, or not-for-profit, to receive a $500 donation on their behalf. All monthly awardees will, with their partners, be invited to the annual LSH Auto Australia Choice Award Gala Dinner, with all necessary travel and accommodation covered.

The program is not only designed to provide additional motivation and to support a positive team culture but also to help the company play its role as positive contributor to the communities in which it operates.

Nominations for the awards will come from departmental managers and/or the DPs and will cover all team members, in sales, after-sales and support/administration. Nominees must have exhibited exceptional contribution in one, or a combination, of areas, covering dedication, teamwork, organisational happiness, integrity and social responsibility.

The 2018 Choice Awards consideration began in September and will run through to the end of December. The inaugural LSH Auto Australia Choice Awards Gala Dinner will be held in March of 2019.
