As a seasoned executive, Andrew brings more than 30 years of experience across a range of industries, predominantly within retail and customer-focused businesses. Having worked through significant periods of change and transformation, he brings a broad commercial perspective and a practical understanding of the challenges facing businesses today. Andrew began his career in finance and continues to hold his CPA qualification. He spent 15 years with Daimler and Mercedes-Benz across a number of senior and Director-level roles, with a strong focus on performance, transformation, strategy and retail network development. In 2018, he joined LSH Property Australia as Managing Director, where he led the growth of the property business and delivered significant improvements in its performance and profitability. Andrew is known for building strong, respectful relationships and for leading with fairness, transparency and accountability. He is pragmatic and results-focused, and is not afraid to challenge the status quo or address difficult issues when required. Andrew now serves as Managing Director of both LSH Auto Australia and LSH Property Australia, overseeing Lei Shing Hong’s automotive and property operations in Australia. His focus is on strengthening the businesses for the future, improving performance and ensuring the organisation is well positioned to respond to the changing demands of its industries.
