John Good’s career in the international automotive sector spans over 30 years, having been associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand throughout this time. He has held senior management positions with Mercedes-Benz and LSH in Australia, Southeast Asia, Taiwan, China, and the UK, before advancing to his current position as Managing Director of LSH Group Australia.

With over 25 years of financial experience within the retail motor vehicle industry Wayne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role. Most recently he served as CFO for a Melbourne based dealership group and prior to this held senior financial positions with an international dealership organisation in Australia.

Susan Butler has worked in the Luxury Car Industry for over 20 years. She has spent her entire career in the retail side of the business, beginning as a sales cadet, and has occupied many leadership positions including New Car Manager, General Sales Manager and Dealer Principal. She took on her role of General Manager, Mercedes-Benz Melbourne Airport since 2014. She transformed the Airport dealership into a well performing business within the Melbourne Group and successfully inspired the team to achieve continual positive results through her collaborative management style. She has been promoted from her previous role to Dealer Principal of Mercedes-Benz Sydney and moved her family to Sydney since 1st Sep 2018.

Kenneth Got is the Dealer Principal of the flagship Mercedes-Benz Brisbane Dealership, located in the new landmark Breakfast Creek Lifestyle Precinct. He has over 15 years of professional and automotive industry experience spanning across distribution and retail. Ken commenced his career at a leading motor dealer client services firm as a consultant and Chartered Accountant. From there, he transitioned into the industry and has held various senior finance, strategy and transformation roles in both Melbourne and Sydney. Most recently, Ken was the Franchise Director of premium and super luxury brands for a listed International automotive group.

Jason Rowe has over 20 years’ experience in the Automotive industry encompassing both Luxury & volume brands.

Commencing his career within the finance operations he has held senior management roles for well over a decade and has extensive experience and knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz brand and its business operations in Australia. This has included pivotal roles within the Brand contributing significantly to various working groups. He values fostering a strong and supportive work culture that enhances team cohesion and operational excellence to drive dealership performance to high standards. Jason holds a Bachelor of Business & Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting and Economics from Monash University.
