First group Town Hall, online, comprehensive and optimistic

The current unique times have created challenges, but also some equally unique opportunities. For the very first time LSH Auto Australia held an online Town Hall, during which all our employees, across 3 dealerships and 11 locations, were able to come together.

At 6:30 on the evening of May 21st the Group Managing Director, John Good, welcomed the participating team members to the webinar with a clear summary of current conditions, an assessment of how the group will navigate out of the current crisis and an outline of the aim to emerge stronger than ever.

Attendees then heard from LSH Auto Australia Chief Financial Officer, Aaron Cordy, who acknowledged the current tough times, highlighted the vital contribution of each employee to further reducing cost, but also emphasised importance of working to continue to win market share in both sales and aftersales.

The three Dealer Principals, Susan Butler, Vaughan Blackman and Kenneth Got as each outlined individual dealer performance and initiatives. They also offed an optimistic view of the path out of the current crisis situation and each of dealership’s ability and commitment to increase customer connection and build market share.

The group Head of Human Resources, Charles McComb, outlined the many practical measures the group has instigated to protect both staff and customers as it strives to continue the remarkable result of being COVID-19 free, across the group.

Attendees were also treated to guest appearances, with messages of encouragement, from the friends of LSH Auto brand: triple Olympic swimming gold medallist - Stephanie Rice, Coach of the reigning NRL premiers – The Sydney Roosters - Trent Robinson, Captain of the AFL’s Western Bulldogs - Marcus Bontempelli, renowned chef - Shannon Bennett and television sports reporter - Erin Molan.
