LSH Auto Australia receives Diversity Award

Recently, LSH Auto Australia and training partner WPC Group were recognised for their efforts in promoting both quality and diversity in vocational training.

At the Australian Government sponsored Australian Training Awards 2021, LSH Auto Australia received a Diversity Award in recognition of our inclusive apprentice employment policies.

LSH Auto Australia currently employs 56 apprentices and promotes inclusion spanning gender, ethnicity, intellectual and physical disabilities, LGBTQIA +, all socio-economic groups and the culturally and linguistically diverse, in what has been a male dominated industry.

During the awards event LSH Auto Australia’s Today’s Skills Tomorrow’s Leaders awardee, Christopher Krklinski shared his experience of the residential program in Canberra which was focused on developing leadership capabilities.

We are proud to be progressing the skills of the broadest possible range in our community and look forward to being an important part ofthe career development of many more apprentices.
