LSH Auto VIPs to be first experiencing Melbourne’s new destination dining venue

Anticipation is building for the opening of Melbourne’s latest, and possibly most ambitious, fine dining destination venue following the announcement of Vue de Monde Executive Chef, and LSH Auto Australia Ambassador, Hugh Allen’s new venture, Yiaga, in Fitzroy Gardens, East Melbourne

But for LSH Auto VIP clients, who are members of the group’s Iridium Club, there is even more excitement. They will be the very first to enjoy the unique immersive dining experience that Yiaga will deliver from the completely rebuilt former Fitzroy Gardens Pavilion.

LSH Auto Iridium Club members will have exclusive access to the first full week of dining sittings at the new 40 seat venue, marking a further enhancement of the value being delivered by the Hugh Allen LSH Auto partnership.

Yiaga is Hugh’s first venture outside of the Vue de monde family and is a vision he has been working on for half a decade. It will feature Hugh’s blend of Australian ingredients and innovative techniques to create a tasting menu unlike anything seen elsewhere, truly reflective of the location and cultural heritage of Melbourne and Victoria.

Hugh Allen’s Yiaga in Fitzroy Gardens is slated to open late this year.
