LSH Auto Australia’s Choice Awards has named Braden Clutterbuck – Paint Shop Foreman at MBQ, Ray Ip - Assistant Sales Manager Mercedes-Benz Melbourne and Graeme Shea - Workshop Foreman at Mercedes-Benz Sydney as the quarter 2, 2019 awardees.

Graeme joined Mercedes-Benz Sydney in 1982 and, by 2001, progressed to Workshop Foreman. Ray joinedMercedes-Benz Melbourne in 2011 as a Sales Executive, promoted in October 2014 to Assistant Sales Manager for New Sales, and Braden joined the team at MBQ Autobody in July 2015, as a Spray Painter, becoming Paint Shop Foreman in July 2017.

Braden enjoys being; “...part of a great team at MBQ who all always put in 100%”, working on beautiful vehicles in a fantastic workshop” and was “a little surprised” to be singled for the Choice Award.

Ray was surprised but thankful for; “...being recognised as a positive influence” and thinks that it may have been his willingness to help that saw him singled out, in addition to “the satisfaction I gain from mentoring and coaching other staff.” Whilst Graeme was also; “...surprised yet grateful that the company and my peers have recognised my contributions. Perhaps the ability to keep a cool head and willingness to share knowledge are part of the reason.”

Graeme nominatedDementia Australia as his charity, Ray nominated Movember Australia, which seeks to help men grappling with mental health issues, and Braden chose theHeadspace youth mental health charity for his donation.

All three men, and their partners, will attend the LSH Auto Australia Choice Awards 2019 Gala dinner, in early 2020, at which the overall 2019 Choice Award Winner will be announced.
