1st Town Hall Meetings Shared the LSH Auto Australia Vision
From 22nd to 24th Aug, LSH Auto Australia held a series of ‘Town Hall’ meetings at Mercedes-Benz Melbourne, Mercedes-Benz Sydney and Mercedes-Benz Brisbane, at which senior executives and Dealer Principals, shared the businesses’ brand values, vision, and objectives.
More than 300 staff attended the events at which Managing Director, John Good, and Chief Financial Officer, Nicholas Quince, outlined the history of the LSH Auto Group and the exciting initiatives and developments planned for Australia. In addition the respective Dealer Principals, Shane Parkins (Mercedes-Benz Brisbane), Vaughan Blackman (Mercedes-Benz Melbourne), and Susan Butler (Mercedes-Benz Sydney) took the opportunity to speak to their teams on the positive outlook for the group. A Q&A at the end provided a great opportunity for staff to seek more information, share insights and generally contribute to the discussion.
The feedbacks from participating employees were very positive. More than 90% of them recognized the events as an informative and inspiring group initiative to be carried on.
Further ‘Town Hall’ meetings are planned as part of the regular free flow of information sharing and team building within the LSH Auto Australia team on a quarterly basis.
